	first time i got to be with my boys in 9 years after cps took them hjj030307   Kidnapped by CPS    2009/6/9 6:21    Tell a friend 9740  533    0.00 (0 votes) this was the first time in 9 years that i got to see Dakota and Schyler Hill after being taken by cps. I fought for 3 years to get my boys back. At the time they were taken i also had another son that they took but gave back to me. While all this was going on with CPS i was pregnant and they never put that son in the system when he was born. Now 9 years have passed and CPS wants me to take my 14 year old back into my home now that they have brainwashed him and he is out of control to the point that NOBODY can handle him. At the time that CPS was involved they said the reason they terminated my rights was because i worked 40 plus hours and missed supervised visits due to work but they wouldnt work with my work schedule to be able to juggle all thier demands. I have 2 of my kids that they felt were safe in my home so why wouldnt the other been safe also

This photo was taken as a corrupt Catholic Social Service worker took Tory, after DCFS had deemed me perfectly safe and fit. The only reason the DCFS caseworker had turned the case over to them was because she thought they could help me more than she could with financial needs. The DCFS worker was a rare caseworker that really cared and was good person - the social service agency she transferred me to was done with good intentions. But, instead, they kidnapped him, then illegally terminated my parental rights to give him up for adoption. When Rhonda, the DCFS worker, had learned what had happened, she came to my house off the record and sincerly apologized for not just closing my case. She was horrified that Catholic Social Services had wrongfully done this, but there was nothing she could do to help me.

Please note the severe heat rash on Brandi's face. She'd always had trouble with heat rash, but the caregiver refused to listen to me on this. The caregiver was my abusive half-sister whom also beat my son with a belt buckle leaving bruises in the perfect shape of the buckle. When Dusty tried to tell the caseworker, True Walgren, showing her the bruise, she dismissed it immediately with the comment "Oh, posh, Beth would never do that." I would also like to mention that I was considered fit to never even threaten to take Chelsea. So why were my older 2 children never returned? Only Dusty remembers enough to know he was lied to. We've been able to re-establish a relationship, but we can't ever get those lost years back. Brandi refuses to listen to Dusty - she's been thoroughly brainwashed against me.
